General
- Our museum is designed for children from the age of 2 to 15 years old, there are various child friendly rooms, this play area also requires parental supervision. However that doesn’t mean teenagers, adult and elderly cannot join the fun. We believe that fun and education is an experience for any ages.
- We are open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00am until 10:00pm which the latest entry will be at 21:00 pm.
- Our museum is located on Mall East Varra level 2, location at Jl. Raya pagedangan Kp. Cicayur II No.27, RT.1/RW.1, Cicalengka, Kec. Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency, Banten 15336
- You can park anywhere at East Varra parking lot, we are located inside a shopping centre and have multiple spaces for parking
- Our museum is easily accessible by public transportation. We are only 18 minutes from Cicayur station, and 14 minutes from Cisauk station.
Ticketing & Admission
Our exhibits and programs are designed for children 12 and below, with the following admission policy:
- Adults must be accompanied by a child.
- We welcome individuals with disabilities who will benefit from our exhibits and programs.
- For the safety of all our visitors, children must be supervised by an adult caregiver at all times.
- We are open Tuesdays – Sundays in four entry time slots 9am entry | 11am entry | 2pm entry | 4pm entry. We are closed between 12:45pm-2:00pm for cleaning and disinfecting.
- Adult supervision is required for all children at all times, unless stated otherwise in relation to specific programmes.
- Entry for Tourists & Foreign Residents are $10 per child and $15 per adult. Advance ticket bookings are required.

We are cashless! You can pay via Visa, MasterCard or debit card All bookings must be made on our Couch ticketing platform.
Health & Safety
- Face masks are optional. We will continue to monitor the situation, adjust according to the safe management measures for museum stakeholders, and re-evaluate as necessary.
Our Museum has positioned hand sanitisers and sanitising wipes throughout so that visitors can clean and sanitise their hands and touchable surfaces to their level of comfort.
In addition, we are closed between 12:45pm-2:00pm for cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
Amenities
- No, visitors are not allowed to bring food or eat into the Museum or Playground. Spills and wet spots can cause damage to our exhibits or electronic equipment. Help us keep our Museum clean and safe for everyone. The water is good, so our visitors stay hydrated. If you want to eat or drink, we sell it located in front of the museum
- Air conditioning is available in every corner of the museum
A dedicated Nursing Room is located on Level 2. The Nursing Room is limited to one family at a time.
We provide lockers for every visitor
We have a designated area for strollers but the space is limited and unmanned. As strollers are not allowed in the galleries, visitors are advised to pack light or leave strollers in their vehicles if they are not needed during the visit.
